Sam Bolland is the founder of Bay Street Media, he is a strategic thinker and creative leader with a passion for helping brands find their voice—and make it heard. With over a two decades of experience in advertising and brand strategy, Sam has built a reputation for crafting campaigns that don’t just look good, but drive real results and have been featured in Ad Age, Wall Street Journal, LA Times, Ad Week and Fast Company.
From startups looking to define their identity to established companies seeking fresh relevance, Sam brings a unique blend of creative insight and business acumen to every project. His work is rooted in the belief that strategy and storytelling go hand-in-hand—because a powerful brand isn’t just seen, it’s felt.

He stays current on bleeding-edge styles, trends, design techniques, and technologies, leveraging a deep understanding of art and design to effectively communicate content and purpose.
Michael has extensive experience managing projects from concept to completion while maintaining business objectives and budgets under tight deadlines. He works efficiently and effectively with professionals, staff, and vendors at all levels. Widely recognized as an accomplished team builder and leader, he inspires teams by leading through example and ensuring they remain responsive to customer and market demands.

She’s an expert at turning complex ideas into intuitive interfaces, ensuring that every click, scroll, and interaction supports the brand’s message and audience needs.
Jana leads every project with a deep understanding of user behavior, responsive design, and modern development frameworks.
